Statement of Faith
1. THE BIBLE
As the only inspired word of God. All sixty books of the OLD & NEW TESTAMENTS,
inspires in all parts and therefore wholly without error as originally given of
God – (II Tim. 3:16, II Peter 1:21).
2. THE ONE TRUE GOD
Existing eternally as three persons: The Father, The Son, and the Holy Spirit
(Luke 3:22, Matt. 28:19, II Cor. 13:14).
3. THE LORD JESUS CHRIST
Born of a virgin (Matt. 1:23), His pre-existence and Deity (John 1:1-3), Sinless
life (Heb. 4:15), Bodily resurrection (Luke 24: 36-43), Ascension into Heaven
and present ministries (Heb. 4:14-16), and coming again (Acts 1:11).
4. THE HOLY SPIRIT
His personality (John 16:7-15), and Deity (Acts 5:3-4) and His work in each
believer; baptism and indwelling at the moment of Regeneration (I Cor. 12:13,
Rom 8:9) and filling (Ephs.5;18) to empower for Christian Life and Service (Acts
1:8, 2:4). All the believers are entitled to and should ardently expect, and
earnestly seek the promise of the Father, the Baptism in the Holy Spirit and
Fire, according to the command of our Lord Jesus Christ. This was the normal
experience of all in the early Christian Church. With it comes the endowment of
power for life and service, the bestowment of the gifts and their uses in the
work of the ministry (Luke 24: 29, Acts 1:4, 8, I Cor. 12:1-31). This wonderful
experience is distinct from and subsequent to the experience of the New Birth
(Acts 10:44-46, 11:14-46, 15:7-9). The baptism of believers in the Holy Ghost is
usually witnessed by the physical sign of speaking with other tongues in this
instance is the same in essence as the gift of Tongues (I Cor. 12:4-10, 28) but
different in purpose and use, and all is received by Faith.
5. MAN
Man’s direct creation in the image of God (Gen. 1:26-28), his subsequent fall
into sin resulting to Spiritual death, (Gen. 3:1-24, Rom 5:12), and the
necessity of the new birth for his salvation (John 3:3-5).
6. SALVATION
A complete and eternal salvation by God’s grace alone, received as the gift of
God through personal faith in the Lord Jesus Christ and His finished work (Eph.
2:8-9, Titus 3:5-6, I Peter 1:18-19).
7. SATAN
His existence and personality as the great adversary of God and His people (Rev.
12:1-10), his judgment (John: 12:13), and final doom (Rev. 20:10).
8. FUTURE LIFE
We believe in conscious existence of the dead (Luke 16:19-31), the resurrection
of the body (John 5:28-29), and judgment of unbelievers (Rev. 20:11-15), the
eternal life of the saved (John 3:16), and the eternal punishment of the lost
(Matt. 25:46, Rev. 20:15).
9. DIVINE HEALING
Physical healing in Christ’s atonement; is available to all believers through
faith in the name of Jesus. Ministry to the sick includes; anointing with oil,
laying on of hands, and the prayer of faith (Mark 16:8, James 5:14-20, I Peter
2:24, Matt. 8:17, Isaiah 53:45).
10. WATER BAPTISM
Baptism in water is by immersion, and is a direct commandment of our Lord, and
is for believers only. The ordinance is a symbol of the Christian’s
identification with Christ in His death, burial, and resurrection on (Matt.
28:19, Rom. 6:4, Col. 2:12, Acts 8:36-39). The following recommendation
regarding water baptismal formula is adapted, to wit:- “On the confession of
your faith in the Lord Jesus Christ the Son of God, and by His authority, I
baptize you in the Name of the Father, the Son and the Holy Ghost”.
11. THE LOCAL CHURCH
The church is God’s institution and umbrella of protection to the body of Christ
here on earth. A body of believers joined together in faith in the Lord Jesus
Christ. To disciple, equip and build the body of Christ to a position of
strength and maturity in Him (Ephesians 4:1-16, 1:17-23, Colossians 2:2-3).
12. THE STATE
We affirm the state as God appointed. An institution of power and absolute
authority over all its subjects (Rom. 13:1). We are an interdenominational
Christian organization and Non-political and our policy is to firmly support the
government of the day. (Rom. 13:1-7, Titus 3:1).

Can A Man Rob God?
8 “ Will a man rob God?
Yet you have robbed Me!
But you say,
‘ In what way have we robbed You?’
In tithes and offerings.
9 You are cursed with a curse,
For you have robbed Me,
Even this whole nation.
10 Bring all the tithes into the storehouse,
That there may be food in My house,
And try Me now in this,”
Says the LORD of hosts,
“ If I will not open for you the windows of heaven
And pour out for you such blessing
That there will not be room enough to receive it.
11 “ And I will rebuke the devourer for your sakes,
So that he will not destroy the fruit of your ground,
Nor shall the vine fail to bear fruit for you in the field,”
Says the LORD of hosts;."
(NKJV) Malachi 3:8-11
